Any branch credits and any branch debits are enabled in CBS in the year 2012.

Customers can make credits and debits transactions in any branch, even though account is related to any other branch.

Our Bank enabled for APBS and ACH services of NPCI in the year 2013.

Our Bank process all the APBS and ACH files received from NPCI daily relating to direct benefit transfers (DBT) i,e Gas subsidies, NREGA wages, employee salaries etc.

Our bank is providing NEFT service for Interbank inward and outward funds transfer since 2013.

Customers can transfer funds of any amount from our bank branch to any other bank branch and vice versa using the NEFT facility. There are no upper/lower limits for funds transfer through NEFT.

RTGS implemented in our Bank in Feb’ 2016.

Our bank is providing RTGS service for Interbank inward and outward funds transfer since Feb’2016.

Customers can transfer funds of more than Rs.2 lakhs from our bank branch to any other bank branch and vice versa using the RTGS facility.

Our Bank implemented IMPS Mobile Channel on 13.03.2018.

Using IMPS, our customers are able to transfer funds instantly up to Rs.5,00,000.00 to any other bank branch and also can get funds from any other bank branch to our bank account.

As per RBI guidelines our bank completed certification for EMV Chip based cards in the year 2016 and issuing EMV Chip based cards since Oct’2016.

Our bank has been replacing all the existing Magnetic stripe Rupay Debit cards with EMV Chip based Rupay debit cards.

Our Bank is also issuing contactless Debit Cards to our customers.

Rupay Debit cards/Kisan credit cards are enabled for making transactions at PoS machines of the merchant establishments in Dec’2014.

Customers can make payments by swiping the Rupay Debit cards/Rupay Kisan Credit cards in PoS machines at merchant places. Customers are to enter PIN for validation of the transaction.

Our bank implemented e-Commerce service on 21.04.2016.

Using this service our customers who were issued Rupay Debit cards can make online purchases by selecting the payment option ‘Rupay Debit card’ during purchases through the merchant websites/portals.

  • The Rupay debit card holder selects the payment option as “Rupay Debit card” in the merchant website and enters the card information (Card No, Name, Expiry date, CVV No which is on the backside of the card).
  • Customer receives OTP to the registered Mobile No and to enter OTP in the site.
  • Transaction will be completed by debiting to the customer account and crediting to the merchant account.

Total 226 Business correspondents are existing under FI project as on 31.05.2024. All these BCs are making transactions with Micro ATMs.

  • AEPS OnUs

    All our bank customers (all branches) can make transactions (debit/credit) in Micro ATMs (PoS machines) at the BC points using AEPS OnUs (Aadhaar enabled Payment system OnUs) service. The customer is to enter Aadhar Number and put Biometric impression in PoS machines, the Aadhar Number and Biometric credentials would be validated at UIDAI through NPCI. After receiving successful message, the transactions will be effected.

  • AEPS OffUs

    Our bank live for Aadhaar enabled payments service OffUs (AEPS OffUs) service on 04.02.2016.

    AEPS OffUs Acquirer Service: 
    The customers of all other banks can make transactions (debit/credit) in PoS machines at the BC points using AEPS OffUs (Aadhar enabled Payment system OffUs) service. The customer is to enter Aadhar Number and put Biometric impression in PoS machines, the Aadhar Number and Biometric credentials would be validated at UIDAI through NPCI. After receiving successful message, the transactions will be debited/credited to the concerned account of the customer relating to his bank.

    AEPS OffUs Issuer service:
    AEPS OffUs Issuer service enables our bank customers to do AEPS transactions at other bank BC points.
    After implementation of AEPS OffUs, FI transactions at BC points are increased very much.

  • Rupay OnUs

    Our bank is live for Rupay OnUs service on 26.02.2016.
    All the customers of our bank (all our branches) who were issued Rupay Debit cards can make transactions in PoS machines at the BC points by swiping the Rupay cards. The customer is to enter PIN of the Rupay Card for validation of the transaction.

  • Rupay OffUs

    Our Bank is live for Rupay OffUs service.
    Using this Rupay OffUs service all the customers of all other banks who were issued Rupay Debit cards can make transactions in Micro ATMs (PoS machines) at the BC points of our bank by swiping the Rupay cards. The customer is to enter PIN of the Rupay Card for validation of the transaction.

  • SHG Dual Authentication

    SHG dual authentication implemented on 10.08.2018.
    At BC points, funds can be transferred to individual SB accounts of the group members from SB a/c of the SHG Group after dual authentication of the President and secretary of the SHG group.

Our bank has been installing our own ATMs since Oct’2015 and so far we got installed our own 86 ATMs as on 31.03.2024.

Transactions are successfully happening in our ATMs. EMV Certification completed for ATMs.

Green PIN facility:

Our bank implemented Green Pin facility for enabling customers to obtain duplicate PIN at our ATMs without waiting for obtaining duplicate PIN through post which is one of the Good customer services. Customer need not to make any request with the branch for new PIN.

Our Bank has installed two Cash Recyclers.

Customers can make cash deposits as well as withdrawals though Cash Recyclers.

Implemented on 29.09.2017.

We started our Bank’s own PoS machines service at merchant establishments of our bank current account customers. So far we got installed.

For installation of PoS machine at merchant place, the merchant is to maintain Current Account with our bank. The payments made by the customers using Rupay debit cards/ credit cards will be credited to the merchant current account with us on next day or on the second day of the swiping.

Our bank implemented mobile banking by extending service to Staff on 17.01.2018.

Service extended to Customers on 13.03.2018. We launched an upgraded version of our mobile banking application CGGB Money 2.0 on 31.07.2023.

The features of the Mobile Banking application include:

  • Account details inquiry with an option to share account details to receive payments.
  • Fund Transfer i.e., Within Bank, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS.
  • Loan repayment from Loan enquiry.
  • Online FD and RD opening.
  • e-Passbook to generate statements for up to 6 months with an option to download the generated statement in PDF format.
  • Services like Cheque status, Stop Cheque payment, TDS certificate (can be downloaded in PDF format).
  • Positive pay.
  • Deposit Interest & Loan EMI calculator.
  • Biometric Fingerprint and face-login on compatible devices.
  • Advertisements carousel.

Customers to download our Bank Mobile Banking App ‘CGGB Money 2.0’ from Google play store and register for Mobile banking by entering Customer ID, Rupay debit(ATM) card details, PIN, OTP and after validation of PIN and OTP, registration will be completed. Customer is to set MPIN and TPIN for making transactions.

Our Bank Implemented UPI service on 28.03.2018.

Now all our Bank customers can register their SB accounts with NPCI UPI service BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Union Bank of India UPI and other UPI applications provided by all other banks and organizations and can make all the payments transactions, funds transfer transactions, Balance enquiry, Request Money, Bill payments etc. very successfully.

Customers to download any UPI App from Google play store and to register for UPI service by selecting our Bank name, Account No., create UPI VPA ID, to enter Rupay debit (ATM) card details, to enter received OTP and after validation registration will be completed. Customer is to choose four digit UPI PIN for making transactions.

Implemented on 10.07.2018.

USSD enables funds transfer, payments, Balance enquiry etc. using feature mobiles also.

Customers are to dial *99# from their mobile, to type ‘CHAI’ for choosing our bank, to select our bank account to link UPI, to create UPI VPA ID, to enter Rupay debit card details, to enter received OTP and after validation registration will be completed. Customer is to choose four digit UPI PIN for making transactions.

Our Bank implemented Aadhaar Merchant Pay service as Issuer on 17.03.2017.

Ours is second RRB in India and first RRB in Telugu states to implement the service.

Implemented on 08.08.2018.

Public Financial Management system is a fund management system that provides online status of funds availability and utilization on a real time basis.

It is part of Direct Benefit Transfer policy of the Ministry of Finance of our Indian Government.

Govt. agencies maintain accounts with our branches and the beneficiary amounts will be transferred to the concerned beneficiaries accounts that maintain with us.

Our Bank implemented IMPS branch channel on 08.02.2019.

Using IMPS, our customers are able to transfer funds instantly up to Rs.5,00,000.00 to any other bank branch and also can get funds from any other bank branch to our bank account.

Implementation of Savings Bank account opening using biometric credentials of the customers (eKYC) on 02.03.2016.

We implemented eKYC module in our bank. Due to eKYC, Our Bank is able to open accounts with Aadhaar Number and Thumb impression of the customers by getting all the primary information of the customer from UIDAI.

The accounts opened with eKYC module are automatically Aadhaar authenticated and Aadhaar number is seeded to the accounts.

CIBIL implemented on 18.09.2017.

Now Our Bank is enabled for uploading our bank credit information in CIBIL portal.

Our Bank successfully launched call center service on 21.10.2023. Since 12.01.2024, our Call Center has been operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Micro ATM facility is available at all our branches. The customers can do financial (Cash Deposit/Withdraw/Funds Transfer) and Non-financial (Balance enquiry, Mini Statement, Aadhaar Seeding, Mobile Seeding, SB/RD account opening) transactions in Micro ATM instantly by providing Aadhaar Number wherever necessary.

Customers can activate SMS alerts facility in our Bank. With this feature, customers can get alerts for every transaction (Credit/Debit) in their accounts on 24/7 basis.

Customers can get messages instantly 24/7 for their account balance by sending an SMS ‘BAL’ to 9902988992 from their registered mobile number.

Customers can get messages instantly 24/7 for their account(s) balance by giving a missed call to 9090290912 from their registered mobile number.

An account aggregator (AA) solution is a system designed to facilitate the secure and seamless sharing of financial data between institutions and consumers. It acts as a bridge, enabling users to aggregate their financial information from multiple sources into a single platform.

Our Bank has implemented the Account Aggregator solution successfully on 29.09.2023. Now we are live for both FIU and FIP Modules. The Bank has onboarded 7 Account Aggregators empanelled by Union Bank of India.

We successfully launched WhatsApp Banking service in our Bank on 10.11.2023.

The users have to send a message ‘Hi’ to 9090290912 from their registered Mobile Number through WhatsApp for registration.

Our Bank launched the Internet Banking facility on 18.05.2024.

CGGB Net Banking offers features like funds transfer, Debit card management, Positive Pay, Term Deposits, Online Term Deposit Closure, PMSBY enrolment, Standing Instruction, Stop Cheque, Account Statement generation, Loan EMI repayment, Pay RD instalment etc.

We launched the loan repayment facility through Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) on 07.02.2024.

The customers can now enjoy the ease of repaying their term loan EMIs or Cash Credit/Overdraft amounts not only through BBPS enabled channels such as GPay/ PhonePe but also through other Banks’ Mobile Apps which are live on BBPS Platform.

The Bank went live on Video KYC platform from 28.12.2023.

This initiative is designed to modernize our approach to the KYC process, aligning with our commitment to digital banking solutions. Customers will have the option to complete their KYC verification remotely via a secure video call. This new process enables customers to verify their identity and provide the necessary identification documents without the need to physically visit a branch.

Bharat e-Commerce Payment Gateway, is an initiative designed to facilitate secure, efficient, and seamless digital transactions in India.

Our Bank went live on BePG platform from 09.01.2024.
